The Process is simple, hassle free, and safe!

First, simple gather up all your scratched and unplayable video games. It doesn’t matter if you don’t have the video game case or even the manual, we’ll purchase them either way. Then use our Trade-In page to submit your trade-in for processing. Once your trade-in request is received, you’ll receive an email which will include the total price of your trade-in. This email will also contain detailed instructions, you’ll also need to print this email and include it in your shipment.

Next, box up your scratched video games for shipping. Why pay for a shipping box? You can find tons of boxes behind retail stores. Remember to find a box that best suits your trade-in, no need to waste empty space with a giant box. A Cheap solution to pad your scratched video games for shipment is to use wadded up news paper. Don’t forget to include a copy of the email, this helps us track your order! Not including this email may delay your payment!

Finally, ship your trade-in. Shipping method will be via USPS. The shipping service will depend on your trade-in size. Included in the email will be the recommended method of shipping. Yes, you will have to pay for shipping, but you will be reimbursed when receiving your payment. Using your trade-in information, we’ll calculate the fastest and most cost effect method of shipment. With every trade-in, we also recommend insurance for the trade-in amount, which we will also reimburse with your PayPal payment.
